Off the Roller Coaster onto the Tilt A Whirl (not necessarily a good move)

So we got the news today that the US Consulate approved doctor finally wrote the medical reports for the girls (something that normally takes a week at most took two and a half) and the reports are now in GLAs hands. But (and you knew there had to be a but) Chalinda's last name was spelled wrong! It's spelled Schleider instead of Schleicher... they are going to submit it and hope for the best. The US Consulate is issuing visas anywhere from 24 hours to three weeks after submission.

I have to admit that I am not handling this well. It is so hard to be at the end of this long road (it was Thanksgiving of 2007 when we started this process) and still not know if everything is going to be alright. And the fact that Christmas is looming, is not helping! We want them home for Christmas!
